The Nebraska Executive Order as it relates to HIPAA requirements to safe guard your information: The Nebraska Executive Order allows healthcare providers, such as OSMT, to share your information only for the purpose of COVID-19 tracing. This means if one of our staff or Massage Therapist tested positive for COVID-19, we are allowed to share your name and any other required information with the Department of Health for the purpose of notifying you of any possible exposure.
