August 29th – Targeting core and gluteal muscles: Solving Postural Pain at its source

Are you treating the pain… or the cause?

Many postural issues and chronic tension patterns start deep in the core.

In this 8 hour hands-on CE class, you’ll learn how the abdominals, psoas, and glutes shape alignment and stability—and how to release them effectively for lasting results.

Drawing on three decades as a PTA and over 12 years as an LMT, I’ll guide you through techniques that make real change possible.

August 30th – Secrets of the shoulder

Think you’ve tried everything for shoulder tension? Think again.

Sometimes, the real solution lies in the small deep, often-missed muscles that quietly limit mobility and cause chronic discomfort.

Join this 8 hour hands-on CE class to identify and treat those hidden structures — and learn techniques that create lasting, noticeable results for your clients.
