Energy Balancing Basics 2 Days, 14 CE’s $360 (dates)
Learn about the Human Energy Field, chakra and meridian locations and functions, and sensing and supporting energy flow throughout the physical/energetic matrix. See following descriptions for more details
Chakra Balancing Day 1 only, 8 CE’s, $230 (date) 9am – 6pm
Understand the location, functions and dysfunction of energy chakras in the body, and explore various methods of assessing and improving flow and balance with hands on and off the body. Explore sound, aromatherapy and crystals as adjunct therapies
Meridian Balancing Day 2 only, 6 CE’s, $180 (date) 9am – 4pm
Understand the correlation between meridians and organs, body functions and muscles and how to use specific massage (NL) points and brain activation (NV) points to restore balance. Also explore techniques of tapping, acupressure, scar treatment and energy flow to release stress and pain and to “reset” muscle function.
About the Instructors:
Douglas Lee-Regier, MA, LMT
A licensed massage therapist since 2000, Douglas has in-depth training in Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Therapeutic Touch, Heart Centered Therapy, and Reiki. Previously a college English teacher and adult educator, he continues to love teaching fresh, new ideas. A graduate of the Universal College of Healing Arts in Omaha in 1999, he has taught classes in Myofascial Release and CranioSacral Therapy, Energy Work, business, ethics, and Reiki. He has conducted MFR Therapy Seminars as continuing education for massage therapists and other health professionals since 2001. Douglas is a Reiki Master Teacher and offers classes and attunements to Reiki as well.
Krissa Lee-Regier, MSW, LMT
A licensed massage therapist since 1997, Krissa’s training includes CranioSacral and Myofascial Therapies as well as energy modalities including Reiki, Healing Touch, Touch for Health and BodyTalk. She has specialized in somatoemotional realease, energy and trauma work, and was previously a Mental Health Therapist for 40 years. She has taught at several Massage Colleges in the Omaha area and currently teaches Eastern Wellness at the Omaha School of Massage Therapy and co-teaches CEU classes with husband Douglas. She and Douglas also practice bodywork out of their home office, New Dimensions in Wellness.
