Friday, October 9th- “Hidden Gems”- Addressing the Most Commonly Overlooked Muscles of the Body

This workshop explores techniques for the “Diamonds and Pearls”- commonly overlooked, but extremely important muscles of the body. Whether they are hidden beneath other well-known muscles or in areas therapists often avoid, these muscles often cause pain and dysfunction that clients experience in other areas of the body. We will explore muscles of the anterior neck, anterior torso, shoulder girdle, deep hip flexors and adductors. You will leave with a dynamic package of NEW techniques that will enliven your massage practice!
Saturday, October 10th The Six Superpowers Within: Designing a Drama-Free Life

This is a one-day, interactive and immersive retreat based on Eric Stephenson’s transformational book. This experiential workshop is designed to help you regulate your nervous system, eliminate self-inflicted drama, clarify your values, and design a life aligned with who you truly are. Through practical tools rooted in neuroscience, reflective exercises, and strategic life design, you’ll learn how to shift from reactive patterns to intentional leadership of your own thoughts, behaviors, and decisions.
If you feel successful on paper but unsettled inside, stuck in repeating emotional patterns, navigating transition, or simply ready for deeper clarity, this retreat is for you. You will leave with concrete tools, an activation plan, and measurable commitments that protect your time, energy, health, and relationships. Drama is optional. Personal agency is a choice- and this is where it begins.

Sunday, October 11th Advanced Deep Tissue Techniques for The Head, Neck and Shoulders
7 CE 9:30-5:30 $169
This workshop teaches an approach to working with the head, neck and shoulders that can easily be combined into a spa massage practice. The techniques address common guest complaints such as headaches, shoulder pain, lower back pain, and shoulder/rotator cuff issues. It includes a review of anatomy as well as potential contraindications. All of the techniques will combine passive/active client movement and assessment with the imassage signature- Core Body Mechanics and “No Thumbs” Deep Tissue approach.
All individual 7 CE workshops are $169.00.
