Myofascial Release Therapy

Date(s) - March 8, 2025 - March 9, 2025
All Day
Course Description:
Theory and practice of MFR, a gentle approach to releasing fascial restrictions, using light to moderate touch that works with the body’s wholistic, natural healing process to restore flexibility, comfort and ease. Rather than forcing the tissue to release, MFR allows for the tissue to soften and release on its own, without force. MFR works with the body, not on the body.
